As a container ship materializes in Hong Kong waters without warning, local Customs officials are thrust into a high-stakes international crisis. Led by Cheung Wan Nam and featuring the fearless Chow Ching Lai, the inspection team discovers the gruesome bodies of crew members and a staggering cache of weapons, including a rare compass designed for use in a submarine. The haul, suspected to have originated from Thailand, is quickly relocated to a government arsenal for safekeeping. However, when Thai Interpol officers arrive for an investigation, the arms smugglers strike, sparking a chaotic scene that leaves officers shaken and results in casualties.
